Completed the plant for the transport of dried fruit (sweetened, salted, chocolate-coated) for the USA market.

The plant consists of a bucket elevator in stainless steel model ETC 234 with a washing system (CIP) that allows to perform the entire cycle of the washing, sanitizing and drying inside the machine, speeding up the cleaning time of the elevator.

A conveyor belt with a mobile hopper loads the elevator. The conveyor and the hopper are also in stainless steel and with special edges with quick release for cleaning.

Another upper belt conveyor is at the discharging point for unloading. This conveyor is also in stainless steel and has quick-release edges for facilitating cleaning procedures. The conveyor is placed on a platform accessible by the operator.

The plant is designed with the aim of optimizing the operator's work and cleaning procedures, providing the latest technology updates according to US OSHA regulations.
